#☑️ Setup (2 minutes)

• Launch PonderOS (double-click app or npm run dev)
• Create your account (email + password)
• Choose your plan:
  • Free: Local mode, 25 docs, 50 AI queries/month
  • Pro: Cloud sync, unlimited docs + queries ($19/mo)
  • Founding 100: Pro at $12/mo forever (99 spots left!)

#☑️ First Steps (3 minutes)

#1. Create Your First Document

• Click "+ New Document" (or press Cmd/Ctrl+N)
• Paste some text (meeting notes, project plan, anything)
• Press Cmd/Ctrl+S to save
• Watch Lumen auto-extract tasks → check Tasks sidebar

#2. Ask Lumen a Question

• Open AI Chat Panel (right sidebar)
• Try: "What action items are in my vault?"
• See Lumen search your docs and respond

#3. Explore the Vault

• Click "Vault" in sidebar
• See your document in the tree
• Notice the 3 default folders:
  • Projects (active work)
  • Areas (ongoing responsibilities)
  • Resources (reference materials)

#4. Check Your Tasks

• Click "Tasks" in sidebar
• See tasks Lumen extracted from your doc
• Drag a task to "Done" to mark complete

#Keyboard Shortcuts

• Try Cmd/Ctrl+K → Search vault
• Try Cmd/Ctrl+L → Toggle AI chat
• Try Cmd/Ctrl+T → Open tasks

#Advanced Lumen Query

• Ask: "Search the web for Next.js 15 features and save as a new doc"
• Watch Lumen research, summarize, and create a doc for you

#Folder Organization

• Create a Projects subfolder (e.g., Projects/Q2-Launch/)
• Move your test doc into it
• Ask Lumen: "Show me all docs in the Q2 Launch project"

#🚨 Troubleshooting

AI chat isn't responding? → Check your API key in Settings (or upgrade to Pro)

Documents not saving? → Make sure you pressed Cmd/Ctrl+S or enabled auto-save

Tasks not showing up? → Ask Lumen to extract them: "Find all action items in my vault"
