Vault
Everything you write, somewhere it belongs
A vault organised the PARA way, with the filing handled for you rather than assigned to you.
- Drag-and-drop folder tree, wiki-links between notes, and backlinks that show you what points here.
- Documents keep a permanent identity, so renaming one never breaks the links pointing at it.
- Import an Obsidian vault or a Notion export — markdown, folder structure, and hierarchy come with it.
- Publish any document to a public link, on every plan including free.
- Every document keeps its own version history, so an edit you regret is recoverable.
- Select many documents at once to move or delete them together.
Editor
An editor that gets out of the way
Markdown where you want it, structure where you need it.
- Markdown shortcuts, slash commands, callouts, and maths that renders inline.
- Mermaid diagrams render as you type, and open full screen with zoom and pan.
- Tables that work out what each column holds and total, average, or count it in a footer row — sortable, resizable.
- Paste or drop images straight into a document, a task, or a comment.
Lumen
An AI that files, answers, and does the work
Lumen is not a chat box bolted onto a notes app. It reads your vault, and it can be handed a job.
- Paste a mess of anything — a wall of notes, an email thread, a transcript — and get back organised documents in the right folder with the tasks pulled out and dated.
- Ask questions of your own vault, upload a PDF and interrogate it, or ask to be taught something and get an interactive lesson with quizzes.
- Assign a task to Lumen the way you would assign it to a teammate. It picks the work up and runs on its own.
- Results land in an In Review lane as a draft. Nothing is ever marked done without you — you approve it, edit it, or send it back.
- Mention Lumen inside a task thread to start a run from the conversation itself.
- Ask it to plan a cycle and it drafts one lane per person, sized against what your team has actually been finishing.
Tasks & cycles
Close the gap between what was said and what got done
A board for the work, a time box around it, and an honest report at the end.
- A kanban board with projects, filters, and notes that turn into tasks on it.
- Blocked is a real state with a reason and a pointer at the blocker, not a sentence buried in a description.
- Every task keeps a Story: comments, status changes, and a record of what Lumen actually did, in one thread.
- Time-boxed cycles: cards carry a cycle chip, and starting work can join the active cycle on its own.
- Review the cycle plan before it starts — drag a line into another lane, see why the planner put it there, approve when it reads right.
- Closing a cycle freezes its report: health measures, what landed, and what rolled over.
- Review any week, month, year, or cycle, with a cadence pulse showing daily activity per person.
Meetings
Record it, and get a note back
The part of a meeting nobody wants to do, done for you.
- Record in the browser for in-person meetings and voice notes — microphone only, which is an operating-system limit rather than a paywall.
- The free Mac app reaches system audio, so a remote call is captured from both ends. It sits in the menu bar and offers to record the moment a call starts.
- Watch the transcript arrive live while you record, in a capsule that stays out of the way of your note.
- Your notes and Lumen’s enhanced version live side by side — neither overwrites the other.
- Record again and the audio appends rather than replacing. Edit the transcript afterwards and regenerate the notes whenever you like.
Teams
One workspace, shared by the people in it
Shared boards for a team, and a personal space that plays by the same rules.
- Create a workspace and invite people by email, or let teammates on your domain join automatically.
- Owner, admin, member, and free viewer roles. Viewers see everything, change nothing, and cost nothing.
- Live co-editing in documents — teammates’ cursors and changes appear as they type.
- Mention someone and they hear about it: in the app, by web push with the app closed, and by email if it goes unseen.
- Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and nothing in it is used to train AI models.
- Your Personal space is a workspace too, with its own cycles and its own settings.
Your own agents
Bring the agents you already use
The part that makes “humans and agents in one workspace” literal rather than a slogan.
- Connect Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or Cursor over MCP. They read and write the same documents and tasks you do — no glue code.
- Twenty-five tools covering documents, folders, projects, tasks, comments, and cycles.
- Scope an API key to a single workspace, and create or revoke keys from Settings.
- Connect a GitHub repository and your commits find their own tasks: mention a ticket in the commit message and the commit appears on it.
